WSSB helps believers deepen their understanding of Scripture and become better prepared for ministry in the local church.
Classes begin September 8.
We meet Tuesdays beginning at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall of Friendship Baptist Church. The school is designed for lay people and church workers—including deacons, Sunday School teachers, youth and children’s workers, Bible study leaders, and anyone who wants to deepen their Bible knowledge and ability to serve the Lord.

6:30–7:10 PM
Teaching the Bible
Practical instruction on teaching the Bible effectively to adults, youth, and children, with biblical methods useful to teachers, Bible study leaders, and parents.
7:15–7:55 PM
New Testament Survey I
A survey of Matthew through Ephesians, highlighting the theme, key words, key verses, significant features, and pictures of Christ in each book.
8:00–8:40 PM
The Christian Home
Clear teaching from God’s Word concerning His design for the home, marriage, parenting, and preparation for establishing a Christian home.
Open to learners.
Enrollment is open to men and women of all ages and to high school Juniors and Seniors. No academic prerequisites are in effect.
Complete all twelve courses.
Students who complete the program earn a Biblical Studies Certificate and may participate in commencement exercises of The Crown College in Powell, Tennessee.

$30 per class or $75 for all three classes offered each semester, including a prepared Student Notebook for each course. A separate one-time commencement fee applies after completing all twelve classes.
